Long Glass Conference Room Reservations

Due to the galley remodel, the Long Glass will be unavailable to reserve for events starting September 1, 2024 and we will announce when it becomes available again.

Long Glass Conference Room reservation information

The Long Glass reservations are completed online by clicking the SUBMIT RESERVATION REQUEST button below.

Calendars provided below show the 3 current months, if you want to reserve the Long Glass for a date which appears to be available in the below calendars, please click the “SUBMIT RESERVATION REQUEST” (or click on the calendars themselves) to be routed to the request form. The Long Glass Manager will contact you within 2-3 business days from the time of the request with a pending confirmation. NOTE: Confirmation is not final until you receive REQUEST APPROVAL email from Long Glass Manager. If room is needed within 5 days of current date and appears available on the calendar, please send an email to Long Glass Manager at nsapcmwrlongglass@us.navy.mil

NOTE: If you are following-up for confirmation or any other reason on a previously submitted request, you MUST REPLY to the confirmation email you received.  Please DO NOT send multiple requests for the same date.

Calendars are updated each afternoon when requests are submitted, they do not auto populate in real time as requests are submitted.

For immediate attention please contact reservations coordinator at (850) 234-4589. 

Note:  during lunch hours you may not get an immediate answer for Long Glass, but response will occur before COB (1300) day of communication.

GENERAL POLICIES:

When completing the form, please provide ALL INFORMATION REQUESTED ON THE FORM.  Reservation requests must be completed in full including: Person requesting and email/phone number for contact, dates and SPECIFIC TIMES, department requesting and reason for request.

If the date you want is already reserved, please contact reservations coordinator at (850) 234-4589 to determine possible options, YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN CONTACT INFORMATION FOR THE CURRENT RESERVATION HOLDER, Long Glass Manager will contact current reservation holder to find out if any arrangements can be modified and will contact you back with an answer/solution.

REQUESTOR IS REQUIRED to send a confirmation email 5 days prior of your requested date by replying to the original confirmation email. Or if room is no longer needed please email so those dates can be opened back up for other reservations. Reservations that go unused without notification may result in removal of future reservation privileges.

Requests will be processed only up to 60 days out from current month. If requestor requires dates further out than 60-90 days you will receive an email asking for more detailed information/reasoning.

Tables and chairs are available to use and requested party is responsible for set up and break down and returning room to original configuration. All trash must be removed from the building. Violators will be charged a cleaning fee.

If Long Glass is being requested for a social event to include alcohol, a separate request/contract is required and NSA CO approval is needed (please contact for more information).

The Long Glass is internet capable and there is a projector and screen available for use. For more information regarding internet/IT questions please contact nsapcmwrlongglass@us.navy.mil 

THE LONG GLASS ROOM IS NOT AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHROIZATION/CONTRACT FOR EVENT.

LONG GLASS CONFERENCE ROOM IS AVAILABLE FOR GROUPS LARGER THAN 21 PEOPLE, IF YOUR REQUEST IS FOR A GROUP SMALLER THAN 20, THERE ARE OTHER OPTIONS ON BASE. CONTACT INFORMATION FOR THOSE ROOMS ARE PROVIDED BELOW.
